Hello positiveplans, I have tried the collapse on my IE7 IE8 and IE 9 which are all working fine and can't see any abnormal behaviours.
Here is my screenshot.
It is possible that there are conflicting scripts that could be happening on the webpage this form is embedded into. Can you please give the webpage URL of where you are going to use this form and try embedding it while I check. Thanks
Should in case there are conflicting scripts from your website that causes IE to behave in an unusual way, I recommend embedding the form using IFRAME. This should enclose JotForm in a protected frame to prevent conflicting with other scripts.
