My form is not accepting any new entries. I've tried on my tablet and on my computer browser but I keep getting the error message "sorry only one entry permitted." This makes no sense because I don't have any entry limits on the form, and it's been different client information that's entered each time. I can't identify why it won't accept anything and need this working. Please help!

Hello, I see that your form is set to limit submissions based on browser cookies, that is why you can not submit it multiple times using same browser. Please refer to this article for more information: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
You can change this via form settings:
