I made a fantastic form it took a lot of time

    Sorry to bother you the product is fantastic the form did everything I need but.

    I was testing the form on the phone trying to take the entry data to the pdf invoice and somehow deleted the form I checked the history on the PC and showed no deletion transaction in history. I had Entry form Health Fund Intake Form and an Invoice templet was doing the final test I logged out of the app of the iPhone and logged in again with google email address Ivymassagerihmond@gmail.com


    I had the form on pc but was no way to save or clone it now it has been removed from PC would you advise if I can recover the form from my Account Please

    I found the form on your Archive folder. You can unarchive it by following the image guide below:

    1. Open your JotForm account.
    2. Go to the Archive folder.
    3. Select the form.
    4. Click the Unarchive button.
