After you have set up your PayPal Merchant/Seller account in the integration, payments, when your form is submitted, are processed through PayPal. If you are having issues in terms of the payments not being processed, I suggest that you contact PayPal about the issue you are facing. On the submissions page of your form, the data under the payment field are details that were sent back to JotForm from PayPal.
