Jotform Branding/Customise Contact Form

Hi there,

I note we retain the original plan cost of $9.95 per month - thank you.
Is this the equivalent of the Bronze Plan? And if so, can you assist us in removing the Jotform branding, as per that plan, please.

Also, is it possible for us to customise the Contact Form in any way please?

Hello David,

Yes, your Premium plan is equivalent to the current Bronze plan. As per your paid plan, you should not be seeing the JotForm branding. Could you let us know where you are seeing the JotForm branding in your forms? If possible please post a screenshot so that we could check out. 

Also, is it possible for us to customize the Contact Form in any way please?

Are you referring to the Contact form templates that are available on the JotForm website? If yes, it is possible. Just select the form and click on "Use this template". This will take you to the form builder page where you can customize the form.
