Hi guys, I started getting submissions a two or three times a day of two forms that have a global countdown for submission.
I use this form to send the link to a user to confirm an order. The link I send them is already pre-populated with the order number, so when he clicks I get the alert submitted that he confirmed that order.
But I started getting submissions with empty forms always from the same San Francisco IP.
What can I do to stop this without disabling the global countdown?
Forms: 91750384915665 and 91765980529674.
Thank you.

When we open the form with the direct link the fields are empty and the form is getting submitted within a few seconds. I believe that must be the reason for getting blank submissions. May we know how you are populating the Order ID and Delivery Submission fields?

You may also try adding the Captcha field to the form.
Here is the guide: How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field

Yeah I am aware of that Andrew, but no one has the link, that is the thing. It was designed to be sent to users already pre-populated, but not even this is implemented yet.
That's why I am suspecting this is some kind of Jotform robot that opens every form for some kind of test.

No, we don't have such a thing, and we never fill customer's forms by ourselves.
The best way to go is to insert captcha in your form, to avoid such fillings.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Thank you!
