HIPPA encryption on our forms

    Hello - I am a volunteer for a care clinic. We just purchased a Jotform account to be able to collect patient information, however after purchasing our account it says we need to "upgrade" to HIPPA. How do I change our subscription - which is Silver with HIPPA - and/or change the settings so that they are compliant?

    HIPAA is available for the Silver and Gold accounts. If you have a Silver account and you want to enable HIPAA, you need to click on the "Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance" button on the Data page of your account. For more details, please check the following guide:
