Invalid Data Error on our forms

We've had a couple of customers tell us that two of our forms will not allow them to complete their transaction on our Jotforms.

I've searched your forums, and one of them said to use iframes, but that doesn't apply to us as we do not use these forms embedded. We link to the jotform link provided so that it opens up in a new window.

We aren't sure if this is a PayPalPro problem or a Jotform problem, but the error reads, "Invalid data. This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card # and type." We have tried it ourselves and know for a fact that the credit card # is correct. The problem is that it makes it seem as though the transaction didn't go through and these people are being charged multiple times as they try and re-do the form.

Can you please let us know how to fix this issue. People are growing very frustrated that they can't get their payments to us.

This has been happening on our Donations form and our Online Membership form.

    Hi @RollingHillsZoo!

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. There was a known issue with PayPal Pro integration earlier which has been fixed about 1 hour ago. Your form should be working as expected now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue or have any other questions.
