My form won't stay enabled

    My form won't stay enabled. My form frequently gives a "This form is currently unavailable" message. I can fix the problem by going into the My Forms screen, choosing the form, then clicking Enbable. However, this only fixes the problem for a few minutes. It then reverts back to the "unavailable" message.

    I've taken the form down from our production site, although you can see the problem on our development site: http://beta.velopalooza.com/poster/  We're embeding the form with an iframe, the form's URL is http://form.jotform.ca/form/30418828101245

    I am quite upset about this issue because (1) it only started after I upgraded to a paid account, and (2) we're using the form to collect job applications. We posted the ad widely, got a spike in traffic, and then people couldn't apply because the form is broken.

    You have set the submission limit of your form to 5. This submission limit has reached. Please set the submission limit to "No Limit"

     

    This should resolve your issue.
