How to apply custom CSS in Ordered Lists?

When creating ordered lists, how do I change the second tier to a lower case alphabet?  See 5.  

I would like it to look like below

5. Before you play:

          a. Check the bulletin...

          b.  Print your name...

I tried .form-html ol ol {

         list-style-type: lower-alpha;

}

I can save changes.  But when you go to Back to Builder, it changes back to numbers.

I checked your form as published and edit mode, but I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned. The is no number appearing when the form is in builder/edit mode.
