    I've made quite a few forms already and added a few more the last couple of days.

    I would like to receive 2 different PDF documents of the filled form an made these in the new PDF editor.

    However... i've tried it a couple of time, renamed a few things.. but still the same thing happens:

    - I receive 2 mails (as configured)

    - with 2 different titles (as configured)

    - with the same pdf document (wrong..)

    How is this possible? what am i doing wrong??

    Also the name of the pdf document doesn't change the way i configured it in the pdf editor..

     

    EDIT:

    Found some more stuff out:

    - deleted all my e-mail settings

    - deleted all my created pdf documents

    - Created 3 new PDF documents (1 complete, 2 with some information left out)

    - created 2 new e-mail settings (first with the number 2 PDF, second with the number 3 pdf)

    - tested again --> 2 mails have been send, both have the same PDF (the number 1 pdf, wich is not what i chose in both e-mail options...)

    Please change the PDF File name of each template, kindly check the screenshot below to see what I'm referring to:


    Make it unique to include your notification/autoresponder with the correct PDF template.

    i changed all three pdf templates, however.. still the same thing (and pdf name is just a weird number..)

    Also tried to save each pdf as a new template, but still nothing changes.. the name is the same weird number and i receive 2 different e-mails with the same wrong pdf..

    I have cloned your form and was able to successfully add a PDF with my name in the notification.

    Can you please try to enter plain name (without any fields like "{q_6} - {q_4}") in the "PDF File Name" field? You can also re-enter the PDF documents in the settings of the notifications and save again.

    Please test and let us know. We will wait for your response.

    looks like it has something to do with the "Email Sender".

    I did everything like you told me to, but no luck.

    Then i removed the email settings and added 2 new ones, one with my own smtp server, the other one just the Noreply@jotform.com

    the e-mail from my own smtp server had the same weird number in the pdf attachment,

    the e-mail from noreply@jotform.com has the correct pdf attachment..


    So i'm not sure why this happens... but it happens :/

    so i'll set everything up with the noreply sender for now... 

    and please let me know if there's anything i can do to fix it.

    The numbers you received as the name of the PDF report is Submission ID. 

    I tested the issue you reported with one of my forms using my own SMTP and I was able to replicate it. Instead of the custom PDF File Name set inside of the PDF Editor the name of the PDF file is Submission ID. 

    I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

    For now, you can use noreply@jotform.com or you can set a custom sender email.
