Hi All,
When I submit my form data an email is send to me with a nice pdf file.
How can I instruct JotForm to save that PDF file to a predefined location?

You can use some our apps and automatically save the file. You can choose from different integrations like Google Drive, Dropbox, Box etc. You can check all apps here:

I have managed to do that with Google Drive.
