Email on bounce list re occurring for weeks.

    Hello Jot Form, 

    We have been having issues with missing Jot Form submissions for weeks now and this has been frustrating for us as it is our busy season & this is causing setbacks in our business. 

    The last time I spoke with Jot Form Support, they recommended that if I return to Jot Form & we're on the bounce list again, that I should not attempt to clear the issue so that it could be looked into by Support. This morning, we realized we were missing a submission from yesterday evening, so I just visited Jot Form again and found we're on the bounce list again. 

    Please help us fix this issue. Last week, I added all of the Jot Form IP addresses to our "allow list" with our email server and thought I had fixed the problem, but we have still been noticing issues.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Bounce emails happens when your Email Host flags emails sent out by our Jotform's mail servers to your email address via your forms.

    Please note that each Email Hosting Provider has a program that uses scripted filters to do various checks for spam, viruses, malware, spoofing, bulk mail, etc.

    If for some reason our emails via your forms to your own email address get flagged by your Email Provider you end up getting marked as rejected and that in turn causes your email address to then be placed on our bounce list.
