Terms checkbox not populating -> customers can't submit

    This is the 2nd complaint we've had about the terms checkbox not showing up, which is mandatory, so that the customer can't complete their order.


    Please note a few things:

    1. I tried on my browser and there was no issue, but that DOESN"T MEAN THE ISSUE DOESN'T EXIST

    2. These customers tried on multiple browsers / devices


    This is happening on multiple forms:

    -Valacyclovir (+cream?) Checkout (Subscription + One-Time), etc.

    -HSV Diag 2

    -etc.


    Please advise ASAP
