Trying to downgrade my account.

    I have tried downgrading my acct multiple times and then I still get charged $19/mo. It always gives me a date that says it will downgrade and then it charges me again??? I'm confused.  Can you please look into this? I am well within the parameters for the free acct.  Please reverse the recent charge.  Thank you.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, we have refunded the last payment of your Bronze subscription(I-TBCS97JWM632), and put your account back to free plan. Please make sure to go to your PayPal's account in order to cancel the subscription to avoid monthly renewals.
