Creating multi page HIPAA compliant web form

Can I create hipaa forms that are multi-page? If so, will I get a 2 notifications, if a user fills out a form that is 2 pages, or will I get one notification email that shows all information on both pages?

Yes, you can create multi-page HIPAA compliant forms with us.

You will get one email notification by default. Please note that we hide the 'protected' data in the emails. However, you can receive a password protected PDF with data as an email attachment. Also, if you need two email notifications with different PDFs, this is possible too. So you can create two PDF document templates, and attach them to the email notifications.
