Forms saved as templates

Do you have a way that I can save a school enrollment form so I can hand an iPad to a student and have them fill out the form on the iPad and then submit it to us without having access to anything but the form?  

You can download the new jotform mobile app. It has an option to open the form in kiosk mode with a pin lock. Meaning, your users can't open or exit the jotform app if they do not know what the pin you set in your mobile app/kiosk mode.
