Some of the forms I created do not show "kiosk mode" being available.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this trouble with?

    I did clone all the three forms you have in your account and kiosk mode was available in all three forms.

    We will wait for your response.

    It seems I overlooked one of your form "Camp Store Order Form" which does not display "Open in Kiosk Mode" and "Assign Form" option in Jotform Mobile Forms app.

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    yes, this is the form that is not working in kiosk mode. I am hoping to use it in the next 24hrs if possible.

    I have already escalated this issue to our backend team. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately we couldn't allow "kiosk mode" and "assign form" features to the forms with payment fields due to App Store and Google Play regulations.
