I am having trouble duplicating and creating a second page.

I am trying to duplicate all three fields on my t-shirt order form

size color and quantity.

When I hit duplicate, it only duplicates size and the box is too long. It also is on the left side.  I have three more to create with t-shirt pics. I cannot figure out how to do this on a second page

Can you please show us the fields you want to duplicate and place into the second page of your form? Also, add a mark so we know and we can visualize what you are referring to.
