I am a lawyer looking to use these forms ( located in Australia)

I am concerned about the data - is there a way for the data to be sent directly to us and not stored?

Or can we store the data ourselves?

If you mean to have data received to you but to skip our servers, I'm afraid it is not possible.

Such data would be visible to you only since a decryption key is needed. Please be mindful that if you lose/delete the key, we cannot retrieve your data.

Also, what you can do additionally is set auto-delete submissions https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions which will delete submissions from our servers upon receiving, so you would receive it to your email only.
