Form assignee edit submission returns empty

I have also noticed under the assignee forms when you try to edit a submission the previous details entered are not appearing & the re-submission form is empty.

I have been testing this with my assignee form but I can't seem to replicate the issue.

I was able to view the old submission data and edit.

May we know if you're using the Classic or Card form?

Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?

You may edit custom CSS with classic forms while for Card forms it is more of a direct approach form and it is a one question per page format.
