My form is not working and unable to submit

    Hi, 

    I am using a form online that we made available until early April and then took down from our website. Now we've made it available again, but after people fill out the fields and hit the submit button, it tells them to wait and never completes the process. 

    I need this fixed urgently. Please help me!

    I have tried sending a test submission to the form and was able to submit it without any issue. The thank you message is also displayed after submitting the form.

    Hi, yes, I saw, but both a client an I are still unable to submit.
