I'm stuck at step 7 here. After pasting the code into a template I cannot find any instance of 'Add Sub-category' in the new source code subsequent to adding a 'form collapse' from teh Survey Tools. So I assume I added the wrong sort of 'Collapse Field', but that's the only one I could find. Is there another procedure for adding a 'collapse field' that perhaps I'm overlooking?
Edit: Can disregard, I just looked at the source code in the example and took it from there, it seemed to be easier than trying to follow the tutorial! Thanks.

Actually it brings me to another question, once the collapse field modifications are made to your local template file, is it possible to change the original form template that is stored under my account at Jotform so that it now has the modified embedded collapsing headers in place?

Sorry but that's not possible with JotForm. Once the form source code is taken, you have to host it to your site. There's no way you can import edited source code to JotForm. We do not support it currently.
Should you have any other questions or concerns, just let us know. Thank you!
