Is there another alternative to avoid emails being sent to the spam folder?

    Hi

    I'm hoping for any other solution you may have. I follow your step to avoid having my email address sent to Spam folder. But for some reason, the step to prevent it did not work for me.

    Really appreciated if you can help me out.

    May you please kindly clarify if the emails are still being marked as spam or if you're not receiving them at all? 

    Also, please kindly try changing the sender email address, this should help us to know if the issue is related to both senders or only one. If the problem persists, please share us the form in question, we will further inspect it.
