How am I able to send a copy of this form to the person who has submitted it?

Hello,

Please see attached screenshot. I had put an email link at the top of the form for the person who is filling out the form. When they submit I would like to receive confirmation of the submission but I would also like to have the person who submitted the form to receive confirmation via email. 

Please help!

I have been testing your form and I was unable to receive the email, upon checking the email settings I can see there is missing info: 

Please kindly configure your email as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues 

This way you will avoid emails bouncing due to missing info, if the problem persists, let us know.
