Submission emails are being massively delayed/not arriving

    Hi, over the last two days I've been having real problems with submission confirmation emails not arriving, or being delayed by several hours. I contacted support yesterday and apparently there was some back end maintenance going on, but I have the same issues today.

    Is there a problem with your email system?

    We're sorry for any inconvenience.

    We don't have any reported issue that is related to email sending today.

    If the issue persists, you can try setting the SMTP email in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form so all your emails are sent from your email domain.
