Hi there
The circled field in Screenshot 2 is calculated with the Form Calculation shown in Screenshot 1.

If the "Do you want these bundled for a distributor" field is not equal to "Bundled into lots of 200" then the circled $ field should equal 0 as specified by the condition shown in Screenshot 3 below.

However 0 is being calculated when the opposite is true.

Since you have put calculations in the Form Calculation widget by default so it is not calculating correctly and taking some default values. You would have to put the calculations conditionally.
Also, use the short text entry field for the "$" field.
Here, in my test Form, I have put a textbox and then conditionally calculating the formula and inserting value to this text box.
Here are the two conditions I have added in my demo Form:

Thank you so much for your help! Really appreciate it. Using conditions to calculate a field's value rather than the Form Calculation widget solved my problem.
