notification when google form is submitted

    Hey, 

    Can you tell me how I can get notified when a google form is submitted? We have several forms for our summer camp organization (registration to events, application, etc.).We want to get notification emails to take quick actions. However, I still couldn't find out how we can set this up. I was wondering if you can help me.

    Hello Dewey, 

    In order to get notified in Google Forms, you need to check "Get email notifications for new responses" option. If you're looking for more functionality with various options, JotForm is the best option for you. You can receive notification emails as well as send autoresponder email to form users. Notification emails are sent to form owners when a form response is submitted. You can send notification emails to multiple recipients. Each notification email has a limit up to 10 recipients. Autoresponder email, on the other hand, is sent to all form users when they submit a form response. Both email alerts have similar features. You can customize the email body, select who to send it, and a PDF attachment including submitted form data. In order to set up email alerts, please go to Settings > Emails > New Mail.

    If you have lots of forms, it can be hard to manage all the notifications. JotForm Mobile Forms allows you to customize notifications. Depending on your needs, you may choose from which forms you'd like to receive notifications. If you need to take further actions for particular form data (i.e. summer camp registration form), you may want to receive notifications for this one. In order to customize notifications, just click on the gear icon on your mobile app and go to notifications. You can either enable or disable form notifications.
