Thank You page requires user to scroll to the top

In order for my applicants to see the Thank you page after submitting, they need to scroll back up to the top.

I have read prior threads in the forum stating that this is not necessary.

Is there something I need to do in order for the form to automatically scroll to where the Thank you appears??

See the screenshot attached for what it looks like after I submit a test application on my site. It happens with any of my forms.

I have also included the website where one of the forms is located.

I was able to replicate the issue on my end. I can see that you are using Wix for your website. It seems that the issue is most likely related to the way how Wix is processing embedded content.

The height of the frame is not resetting to the height of the form after submitting the form. When we submit the form using direct link, you can see that the height is adjusted automatically to display the Thank you page.

That being said, I would suggest to try creating your own Thank You page instead. Then redirect the user to the page you created once he hits the submit button.

    Please see this guide: Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
