I did a test on my form and I received a normal email without any symbol.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue? Are you using Google Mail?

I cloned your form and tried replicating the issue on my end. But as what my colleague received, the email body doesn't have a symbol you are referring to.
It might be an issue with the character encoding. Will you able to try accessing your email on a WebMail so we could check if it will still appear?
Also, if the form is embedded on a webpage, please try including this meta-tag in the <head> section of your website's HTML code, then let us know if it still persists.
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

The issue still appears when I access my Outlook email on my mobile device. The form is not embedded on a website. What else can I try?

Just in case, we have refreshed your email notification template.
The issue could be related to some encoding issue in outlook. Do you use a webmail version or an Outlook app on Android or iOS?
