Hello, I work with digital products, and after purchase the customer receives their product immediately according to the completed form, today I went to check and found that the form is disabled, see the attached image for more information.

Upon checking your account, i found that you have set Submission Limit to 2. That's the reason your form gets disabled after every submission.
I have changed your form's submission limit and your form should be working fine now.
Please check the screenshot below on where the submission limit has to set:
