I have the free account at the moment and am planning to upgrade to Premium or Economy.
With the free account I did some test submissions of my form and in Upload Space I have: 8.96MB of 100MB used
I then deleted the test submissions but it still says 8.96MB of 100MB used.
I thought it meant I had 100mb of 'storage space' so if i took something out I would then have space free again, but is it actually 100mb of usable space per month and once it is used up its used up regardless of wether you delete submissions or not?
I hope that makes sence!
We are an art gallery and going to do an open call for artists to have a residency at the gallery - we wont get many submissions but some will want to send us large files - so the space is very important for us!

Any images that are used as a presentation(e.g. logo, banners etc..) on the form are also counted against the storage space.
Any files(eg. resumes, pdf, small video clips etc..) that submitters upload using the file uploader tool you placed, will also count to your storage space.
For further info about our different plans and their limitations, please refer to our pricing page.
Upon checking your account, you have 0 space consumed. I believe what you are seeing is an old status due to old caches. Please clear your browser's cache then log back in to confirm your actual usage.
