submissions are duplicated

Sometimes when someone submits a form, it duplicates and we get two exact submissions.  How does this happen?

I have tested a cloned version of your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

Checked your submissions and found the duplicate submission data. It seems the form was submitted on different occasions.

I have cleared your form cache.

Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?
