Hello,
It appears that when our form loads, we're getting an error being thrown. Our users are not able to continue. I've attached a screen shot.
Please can you advise on what this issue is?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and the autocomplete address field seems to work as expected. It does not show any error message. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
