With regards to the header logo that you set in your email autoresponder not automatically displaying when someone receives it. I have made a couple of tests and it appears to be showing on my end as expected. I am viewing the email autoresponder from my email using a web browser. May we know if you are viewing the email autoresponder from an email client, please?
Can you send us a screenshot of the issue you are having, please?
