Email Autoresponder Header Logo doesnt' display and needs to be downloaded

I added a banner but when I get the email the banner doesn't display automatically you have to click the download images button. When I used Jotform before I manage to have a banner without the need to download it - can you advise?

With regards to the header logo that you set in your email autoresponder not automatically displaying when someone receives it. I have made a couple of tests and it appears to be showing on my end as expected. I am viewing the email autoresponder from my email using a web browser. May we know if you are viewing the email autoresponder from an email client, please?
