I have an option for my drivers to charge passengers for a waiting time, is there a way I can have drivers fill in the amount of waiting-minutes into the form then send the form to their passenger so that passenger can pay based on the form's inputs sent from the driver.

The form fields can be prepopulated via URL parameters. So the drivers can send custom links to the clients. For example, check the next link:

That guide is complicating to understand and edit. I was hoping drivers could send out forms from their phone by chance. The app for https://prepopulate.jotform.io/ is not displaying.

Another option is to let the drivers to 'save' their partially filled forms:

Setting up the Continue Forms Later Feature in Card Forms

Then share the 'continue' links with the clients.
