I've tried everything suggested and I am still not receiving emails when I test the form. PLEASE HELP! Thank you.

As I check the email history log, I notice that the emails are being sent without any issue from our end.
Please check if the emails are being landed in the spam/junk folders. If the emails are not being received, please try changing the JotForm sender email address in the email settings or setup an SMTP email address to see if that helps.
You may also try using the recipient email address to check if you are able to receive the emails correctly.
