yeah just create a google docs account and intergrate the form with they google doc and when you got to download the spread shett ti will have all the entries in a spread sheet with each entry in a seperate column kinda cool

It is possible to download the form submissions in Excel/CSV/PDF format.
For example, download the form entries in the PDF format, and then simply print it.
However, please note that the PDF report can not have more than 20 submissions. In other words, you will need to make sure that time frame is correct (you have no more that 20 submissions during the time frame).
