Why the changes made in the Advancd Designer are not saving?

Hi,

When i do some changes in Advanced Designer they don't save at all.

I've been dealing with this problem since a few months.

Please help!!

I checked my test form at my end. It seems the changes are updating correctly. Could you please specify what are the changes you made so we can check?
