Asked by Reginna on March 24, 2011 at 12:46 PM

I have embedded a form on to my web site. I use Expressions Four to develope my site. My form worked with I teste prior to uploading the site. Once it is uploaded the submit button stops working. Is there something I still need to do to make this work?

    Hi Reginna,

Your form's source code is messed up. The form elements in that page are outside the <form> </form> tags, causing your form to not work.

I suggest that you delete the form from your page altogether. Copy the form's source code again from Jotform's form builder, and then paste it on your page's source code. That should make it work.

I finally have it working. I am sure I did not get all the code out so I deleted the page and started from scratch. It is now workng. thank you so much for your help.
