Page Is not redirecting to thank you page

    Hello, 

    My form is not redirecting to the thank you page URL that I added. Please help.

    I had to do a few test submissions in your form (sorry for that).

    But the issue was a glitch in the form, I just re-inserted your Thank you page.

    That should work properly.

    Thanks but it looks like you went in and upgraded my plan as well and charged my card?

    You are currently on the Gold Non-Profit plan. Have not you upgraded to the Gold plan yourself? Which plan do you need? Do you need the Bronze plan or the Gold plan?

    We can downgrade your plan back to Bronze. Please tell us how to proceed.

    We will wait for your response.

    I did not upgrade my plan. I was on the bronze level.
    I also noticed that your branding was still on my live form. Can you please
    take a look at that as well. Thank you.

    Okay, I see. Do you want to downgrade your account back to the Bronze plan and get a refund? We can set it again to Bronze. How should we proceed?

    I have removed the branding in your account.

    Please be mindful that we never upgrade or do anything with your plans without your request and approval.

    Please access the plans page from your account (since you'll see the non-profit prices) and choose a Bronze plan. It will automatically prorate your Gold plan charge.

    I have refunded your last payment. Your account was downgraded back to the Bronze plan.
