How to translate the "x of questions" text on the header field of card form?

Our China form is only in Spanish.  However, we can't get the buttons like "Start" or "Next" or "# of Questions translated.

    How can we fix that?

You can change the text of Previous and Next buttons in the Form Warnings section. Please go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > Form Warnings and at the bottom, you can see Previous&Next button and Progress bar sections.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to translate the text. If you wish, you can hide the number of questions. To hide the number of questions, just click on the gear icon in the header field and disable the Show Question Count field.
