How to change "thank you" message using conditional logic?

hello again, following up on my last question --

After playing with this a bit, I discovered I can show a custom text message at the end of each section to let someone know their progress based on their scores. So now I'm wondering if it's possible to display a summary of the messages that were shown in the thank you page? 

In other words, for the five criteria I'm scoring them on, I'd like a summary/thank you page as well as email that displays the custom messages they received. Make sense?

Please note that thank you message can only be displayed after the form is submitted. If you want to display a custom message after every section, you can add a "Text" field for every section and then add a condition to display the text field. 

If you want to display this in email alert, here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Add one email alert for each criteria and add the text message in the email template. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

To my understanding, you would like to display a specific custom message on the Thank-you page based on the answer(s) provided by your respondents on the form.
