Why is the completed form is not on email notification?

    Hi, when a form is submitted the email notification isn't showing all of the form fields completed

    I checked your form "VRHA Slide to the States Rookie & Open Series 2019" and the email notification shows all the fields in the form. If it is not showing the same from your end, I would suggest you remove the current email notification and add a new one. This will automatically fetch all the current fields in the form.

    Please try this and let us know if it's working from your end.

    When the email template is edited, any changes you make in your form like (add/edit & delete form fields) will not reflect in the notification email template. You will have to manually make the changes in your email template as well.

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please please be noted that a new email alert will always have all the form fields in the template.
