    Hi Rodrigo,

We do have currently real estate forms and pdf templates. You can either use them to rent your property or sell. You can also make a contract agreement with your client through JotForm as well.

If you want to give a more professional look to your template, you can check our real estate pdf templates. You can easily customize your Real Estate PDF template by adding more specific terms of the lease, such as security deposits and fees, maintenance and repairs, rent, and any other restrictions.

If you want to check out above house rental agreement pdf template, please click on the link.

You can also benefit from our real estate purchase forms. With our customizable real estate forms, you can collect all relevant buyer information and allow potential buyers to submit information regarding amenities, property style and quickly arrange viewing dates.

As a realtor, this house seller form might be a good choice for you. The form'll ask for the potential buyer's contact information, property information, pricing and mortgage details. House sellers or real estate agents would definitely benefit from using this form.

If you are just seeking for purchase agreement between you and your potential buyer, you can benefit from our Purchase Agreement PDF Template. You can clone and customize it as you wish. This template defines the terms and conditions in order to ensure the protection of the buyer and the seller.
