made payment and its still not working

    hi i made a payment for my account and its still not working i see the transaction is pending in my bank and i really need my forms to work Ive sent out an email blast and i really wanna make sure my forms work been a customer with you guys for more than 3 years please help

    However, it seems you may have created a double subscription with your plan.
