Unable to view submissions as pdf & no signature

Hi, 

I completed a form, tested by myself and another and went to view and there is no signature on the form. This was the same for both. I went to view as pdf and it crashed. It says download failed. Can you please advise? 

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please test on desktop and try to download the PDFs? I was able to successfully download your submissions as PDFs on desktop.

In order to view your submission, first you should mark your form in the portal and then click on the Submissions button.
