I am curious if there is an option to pre-populate a form field with the users last visited URL.

So for instance if a user is on my site looking at PRODUT123 and request a quote for said product that information is pre-populate in the next page where the form resides.

We currently use our own proprietary system and would like to change to Jotform since I was one of your very first users.

See it in action by visiting https://www.flomatic.com/valves/flowcontrol/ and clicking on SUBMIT RFQ.

    Thank you

If you would like to have the information of your respondent's last visited site before they reached the page where your form is embedded, you can include in your form a Get Referrer widget.

The widget will give you the URL of the page where your respondents came from as an output. The information will be included in the submission data when they submit your form. However, if you need to insert the value of the widget into another field, you can use form conditions for that — How-to-Insert-Text-or-Mathematical-Calculation-into-a-field-using-a-Condition
