Why when I clone a form I loose it's template

I'm using a SINGLE QUESTION PER PAGE template for an event registration form. This form will be divided between 3 groups, I want to clone the form and change colors and other information.

However, when I hit the CLONE FORM option, the duplicated one doesn't have the same format as the original. It's a ALL QUESTIONS "classic" form and I'm not able to convert it to a single page.

What to do? How can this be fixed, please?

    Thank you.

While cloning the form you should select the desired form layout of the new clone, so for this case it should be card form or single questions per page, I would recommend you to kindly check this guide that will help you cloning your form and deciding the layout you want to use for the cloned one: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
