Dear Sirs,
I'm not receiving any mail from the form. I have tested the email address (info@no1ladiesgardening agency.co.uk) which is working correctly but when I send a message from the form on the web site, the message does not reach the inbox of that email address.

I was unable to find the form embedded on your link, but I checked all the forms in your account and I can see the email notifications are correctly configured, 3 out of 4 forms are sending the emails to the email address you provided, the one with URL https://www.jotformeu.com/form/91485959915375 is sending the emails to a different email address.
May you please kindly check if the emails ended up in the spam/junk folder?
Also, I would recommend you to kindly ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, you will find the needed information here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
